1:1 Health & Lifestyle Coaching
Working with me one-on-one, you will receive a truly bespoke coaching experience.
Whether you’re looking to organise your life, balance your hormones, or lose weight, I’ll apply a holistic lens to your lifestyle, and help devise a coaching plan that meets your particular health and wellbeing goals, and integrates long-lasting habit changes into your lifestyle.
I’ll work alongside your GP, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure that your plan is both safe and aligned with your specific needs, as well as delivering the results you want and need.
Our intial consultation will involve completing a health history and lifestyle assessment, identifying your desired goals, and developing a strategy for success.
During our initial consultation, I’ll ask questions to best understand your lifestyle, areas of concern, and where you are experiencing the most challenges. Together, we will then develop a structured action plan to help you reach your goals.
Follow up sessions are tailored to your personal needs, addressing any areas of concern, and developing strategies for overcoming any challenges or roadblocks. These sessions are also an opportunity to reflect on your successes, and celebrate any wins along the way.
Between sessions, I will check in – either via SMS or email – to see how you’re doing, and how I can best support your new habits.
For optimal results, follow up sessions are best when scheduled fortnightly.

🔹 Single follow-up session (30 minutes) – $75
🔹 6 follow-up sessions ( 30 minutes)- $390 (valid for 3 months)
🔹 12 follow-up sessions ( 30 minutes) – $720 (valid for 6 months)

Taste Success Nutrition Programs have been developed by naturopath and Taste Success Director, Tracey Loughran.
Each carefully designed nutrition plan comes complete with a recipe book, meal plans, weekly shopping lists and healthy living tips.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by fortnightly one-to-one coaching sessions with me – ensuring that you receive the support and assistance you need to get great results.

Foundation Nutrition Program
12-week program – $450
The Foundation Nutrition Plan is developed for anyone looking for a guided and supported first step into a healthier lifestyle. This 12-week nutrition plan will teach you how to cook easy and healthy meals with fresh, real ingredients, how to plan meals in advance to avoid pitfalls, and how to prop yourself up during challenging moments.
Gut Health Nutrition Program
6-week program – $350
The Gut Health Nutrition Plan has been developed to nourish your gut and make you feel great! With this 6-week nutrition plan, you will learn to nourish your gut with healthy food and will notice a difference in general wellbeing and increased energy level.
Skin Health Nutrition Program
6-week program – $350
The specialised Skin Health Nutrition Plan has been developed to nourish your skin from the inside out through nutrition. During this programme you will be introduced to delicious and nutrient-rich recipes that are made from clean wholefoods, so you will not only notice improvements on your skin health, but your whole wellbeing.
