Initial Consultation
Before starting your wellness journey, we will have an initial meeting to clarify your wellness priorities and to set you up on the right path from the start.
During the consultation you will be introduced to the Taste Success Program Guide and Recipe Book and we will review your current lifestyle, allergies or food intolerances and any day-to-day pressure points you may have.
Ongoing Support
Fortnightly meetings over 12 weeks with me as I support your progress. Meetings are available virtually, or in-person.
These meetings are an opportunity to discuss how things are going, and talk through your progress. I will support you through any challenges that you are going through, and answer any questions you may have about food, cooking, and healthy eating. Our sessions will also touch on other lifestyle approaches to support your goals.

The Foundation Program comes with a digital recipe book with almost 100 healthy, easy and delicious recipes to delight you. You will also receive a program guide, that includes practical nutritional and lifestyle tips. To save time and to make following the programme easy, you will also receive Weekly Menus and Shopping Lists.
