If you’re looking for a professional opinion on what foods are best for your body and how to incorporate them into your diet in a sustainable way, or if you’re just curious about Health & Nutrition Coaching, then a nutrition and lifestyle review session might be a perfect starting point.
Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive health history questionnaire as well as complete a food diary. During your appointment, we will discuss your current lifestyle and habits, and look at ways that you might incorporate changes that meet your unique health challenges.
Please allow two weeks before your appointment, to allow time to complete your food diary and send it through for review.
Clients who choose to continue with a coaching package will get the cost of their assessment credited to their package.
